<p>PURPOSE: To eliminate the need of active unit, power and operation of an operator by wetting the outer surface of a container with water and cooling the container through heat transmission causing by heating the water. CONSTITUTION: The inner surface 24 of a shielded building 20 and the outer surface 28 of an air deflector 34 define a first annular space 42 extending from an air inlet 28 to the lower end part of the deflector 34. The inner surface 40 of the deflector 34 and the outer surface 18 of a containment 6 define a second annular space 44 extending from the lower end part of the deflector 34 to a stack-like tubular body and these annular space 42, 44 define a cooling air channel covering the outer surface 18 of the containment 6. The containment 6 is preferably applied, on the surface thereof, with a wetting material layer for accelerating dispersion of discharged water. Since the annular space 44 is substantially smaller than the annular space 42, the air can flow on the outer surface 18 of the containment 6 at a relatively high rate.</p> |
