PURPOSE:To enable simplification of a mechanism for driving of a rotary core and miniaturization of a molding machine, by a method wherein a fitting protrusion is provided on a circumferential side of a rotary core, a movable mold is fitted over the same fitting protrusion and a turning action is generated on the rotary core through the fitting protrusion by a movement of the movable mold. CONSTITUTION:The title device is constituted so that a fitting part 43 is bored upward in the top of a base part of a rotary arm 41, the same fitting part 43 is fitted over a connecting part 44 stuck to a movable mold fitting plate 27 and a rotary core 26 is turned counterclockwise with leftward sliding of the movable mold fitting plate 27. Then an abutting part 45 is formed on the right side of a fitting base part to the rotary arm 41 of an insertion part 42 of a rotary core 26, a slide-contacting part 46 is provided in a projecting state on the left side of a sprue-forming part 36, an abutting part 45 and slide-contacting part 46 are slide-contacted at the time of counterclockwise turning of the rotary core 26 and the sprue-forming part 36 is slid leftward by a cam action. Then the device is constituted so that sprue 47 wherein a circulation path (r) and post-molding valve parts 1 are connected with each other is cut off at a valve parts 1 side. |
