<p>PURPOSE: To meet requirements for crash pads and at the same time, enhance the heat resistance by composing the multilayer film of a thermoplastic film with a specific E-modulus, a specific temperature resistance and a specific thickness, a polyurethane film with a specific shear modulus, a specific thickness and a specific elasticity and a thermoplastic sealed layer with a specific mechanical loss factor and a specific thickness. CONSTITUTION: This multilayer film with a thickness of 0.8-2 mm is composed of a thermoplastic film A which has an E-modulus of 1,000-20,000 MPa at -40-+130 deg.C and a temperature resistance at 130 deg.C or higher for a long time and further, a thickness of 0.3-1.8 mm, a polyurethane film B which has a shear modulus G of 10<0> -10<3> MP within a temperature range of -40-+130 deg.C and a thickness of 0.4 mm and further, tough elasticity, and a thermoplastic sealed layer C which has a mechanical loss factor tanδof 10<-2> -10<2> MPa, and with a thickness of 0.05-0.1 mm. In addition, the film A is preferably of a thermoplastic aromatic polycarbonate and the film B is preferably of a polyether carbonate urethane with a specific gravity of 1.13-1.17 g/cm<3> . The sealed layer C is formed of a transparent film obtained by drying the aqueous dispersion of a linear polyester polyurethane.</p> |
