Es werden Kombinationspräparate beschrieben, welche Rifampicin und Thioacetazon sowie gegebenenfalls Isonicotinsäurehydrazid oder Ethambutol als aktive Wirkstoffe enthalten. Die Präparate haben sich insbesondere bei der Behandlung mykobakterieller Erkrankungen als außerordentlich wirksam erwiesen.
