<p>PURPOSE:To improve the speed of tape loading and to stably travel a tape by providing a stopper on a position higher than the height of a stopper in a lower direction operated in a state that the tape is pulled out by a pulling-out pin device and traveled and operating the stopper in the higher position in a tape housing state that the tape is not pulled out. CONSTITUTION:When the tape is housed or when a tape 2 under loading is inserted between a fixed guide 0 and a flange, a stopper 16 provided on the tape pulling-out pin device is set in the higher position by only a part compensat ing lap quantity S, which is generated by attracting the tape 2 downward, to the lower flange of the fixed guide 0. Thus, it can be prevented that the tape 2 is damaged during the loading. When the tape 2 is pulled out and execut ed, the shape of the syopper is set so that the traveling track of the tape 2 can not be overlapped with the part of the stopper set in the higher position. Thus, the regular traveling height of the tape can be maintained.</p> |
