<p>a,d cyclopeptene derivs. of the general formula:- where R1 is H or OH, R2 is H or alkyl, X is -CH2-, -CO-, carbonimino or alkylcarbonimino and R3 and R4 (opt. the same or diff) may be H, alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, amidino or imidazolyl or are joined together by -O-, -N=, or -S- through a 3-7C alkylene or in the case where X is carbanimino, one of them forms a 3-4C heterocyclic ring with it. The cpds. are produced by reaction of 12-cyano, or 12-carboxylic acid derivs. suitable esters or sec. amines.</p> |
