<p>PURPOSE:To evade the burning and the deterioration of a service life of felt even when the felt is used in the slipping mechanism of a reel base by suppressing a slip ratio less than an ideal maximum value by decreasing a voltage to be applied on a reel motor when the slip ratio of the reel base exceeds the ideal maximum value. CONSTITUTION:A slip ratio control part 6 outputs a control signal to a voltage switching control part 5 so as to set the slip ratio of the slipping mechanism less than the ideal maximum value based on a signal from a comprator 16 when a signal of (H) level is inputted. The control part 5 sends the signal instructing the reduction of an impressing voltage to an impression voltage control circuit 3, and switches the impression voltage on motor driving part 2... by the signal. After that, the rotation of a reel motor 1 is detected again by a reel FG head 17, and an obtained FG pulse is supplied to the input on the other side of a comparator 16 via an amplifier 18 and a frequency divider 19, and is compared with a reel pulse S2 or S3 from a change-over switch 15. In such a way, control is continued until the output of the comparator 16 goes to an (L) level.</p> |
