PURPOSE: To enable the simultaneous manufacture of two or more bags during one cycle process by adhering a tag and thread on a bag wherein a portion of the tag surface is adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A series of tags fastened to a thread 3 which has an adhesive surface and is moved along its elongated paper piece is adhered on a filter paper formed in the form of a belt. A tag adhering portion 17 and its subsequent tag adhesive portion 17 are adhered on a portion corresponding to the position opposite to the bag on the filter paper belt. Said filter paper belt is cut at the adhering portion 17 of each tag and formed as many filter paper strips having the thread 3. Further, the filter paper strip to which a thread and tag are adhered is folded and sealed to form a bag. This achieves the simultaneous formation of a plurality of filter bags and improves the productivity thereof.
