<p>PURPOSE:To improve an optical energy application state to perform a high-speed recording by changing the position of a light emitting member in accordance with the sensitivity of an image forming element. CONSTITUTION:A light irradiation means consists of two or more types of light emitting members corresponding to two or more kinds of tones of image forming elements. The relative position of the light emitting members to a transfer recording medium fed by a feed means is determined in accordance with the sensitivities of the two or more kinds of image forming elements. Therefore, when the transfer recording medium 1 and a medium to be recorded are set to a device and recording is conducted, an optical energy and a thermal energy are applied to a transfer recording layer 1b at a recording part 3 to form an image thereon, and the image is transferred to the medium to be recorded at a transfer part 4. In this manner, an optical energy can be efficiently applied to the image forming elements differing in optical sensitivity, and a recording speed can be enhanced.</p> |
