PURPOSE:To provide a titled device for the purpose of continuous zinc plating of good maintenance characteristic by constituting tanks contg. spray nozzles in such a way that they can be opened and closed by swing motion with respect to a strip drawn out from a zinc plating bath. CONSTITUTION:This device contains spraying devices constituted of spray nozzles 7, spray headers 5, 6, and pipes 8, 9 in tanks 2, 2' and is the device of minimizing the spangles on the surface of the plated layer by spraying chemical liquid to a strip taken up from a zinc pot. To exchange the nozzles and to adjust their spraying state, the tank 2' is opened by removing a cotter 4 and moving the same from the solid line position of the figure to the position of alternate long and two short dashes lines from the state of (a) to (b) with a pin 3 as a fulcrum, then said work is carried out. As a result, it is possible to adjust and control the exchanging spraying flow owing to the clogging of the nozzle 7 easily. |
