The solution concerns N-glucosyl derivates of carboxymethyl-glycidilmethacrylate of the general formula I. They are prepared by using a general acyl azide method from hydrazides of carboxymethyl-glycilamines. N-glucosyl derivates of carboxymethyl-glycidilmethacrylate can be applied to molecular biology and biotechnology for isolation and the purification of specific lectins and glycosidases, as well as in medicine for the diagnostics of diseases, whose markers are glycosidases and lectins.<IMAGE>
