摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts for detection of the number of revolutions of an output shaft and to reduce the number of assembling processes by a method wherein a rotor is formed integrally with a speedometer gear, and the rotor and the speedometer gear are spline-engaged with an output shaft. CONSTITUTION:A gear 34 has one end brought into contact with an expansion part 22a formed in a position on an output shaft 22 and fastened from the other side by means of a nut 103 through a bearing 101 of the output shaft 22 and a flange joke 102 to which a propeller shaft is coupled. A rotor 33a is welded at three spots [points (a)] to the one end of the gear 34 by projection weld. The rotor 33a is formed approximately in a regular square by using a press-molded prod, and parts 33b to be sensed, sensed by sensors, are formed to the four corner parts of the regular square. In integral molding of the rotor 33a and the gear 34, the rotor 33a and the gear 34 are formed independently and welded together at three spots. The weld part of the rotor 34 is cut off so that the bore of the rotor 34 can be engaged with the outer peripheral surface of the expansion part 22a.
