PURPOSE:To recognize and process a business form as a single drawing by providing a graphic data storage means to store all graphic data forming a routine pattern into the continuous addresses and transforming these graphic data into segments. CONSTITUTION:All graphics forming a routine pattern are stored in the continuous addresses of a graphic data storage means 1. Then a mouse 5 designates plural graphics including the routine pattern on a screen of a display 4. Thus the graphics included in a copying range are selected as the copying subjects, and a head address pointing means 2 points the head addresses of plural copying subject graphics stored in the means 1. If a starting element is included in the head address of the internal data, the copying displacement is applied to the graphic element via a prescribed process and the starting element is copied at the end of the data. Thus it is possible to select the necessary segments and to copy them. Then a business form can be transformed into segments and then recognized and processed as a single drawing. |
