PURPOSE:To cut pig iron-like TOFU (bean curd) into several pieces so as to enable the automatic package thereof by disposing TOFU-transferring channels having cutting blades at the front portions thereof and formed of dividing plates and liftable TOFU-transferring plates on a TOFU-transferring table fixed under water. CONSTITUTION:A TOFU block is inserted into a TOFU-holding frame 16, and a moving frame 26 is moved to the most front end of a TOFU-transferring table 10 and a lifting frame 45 is moved downward to land TOFU-transferring plates 55a and 55b on the transferring tables 10. When the moving frame 26 is moved forward, the TOFU-transferring plate 55a presses the TOFU block forward to cut the TOFU with TOFU-cutting blades 18 disposed at the front ends of dividing plates 12 and transfers the cut TOFU pieces into TOFU- transferring channels 20. The TOFU pieces transferred with the transferring plate 55a are transferred to positions front from the stopping positions of the transferring plates 55b. The lifting frame 45 is subsequently lifted and returned to the first position of the moving frame 26, followed by repeating the transferring and cutting operations. |
