摘要 PURPOSE:To discriminate the signals from multicolor-labeled DNA fragments or the like with high accuracy and to simultaneously measure the same by imaging the light rays of the individual images divided to plural virtual images through a process, such as wavelength dispersion, onto a detector. CONSTITUTION:A gel plate 2 inserted between two sheets of glass plates 1 is irradiated with an argon laser from the side face. The DNA sample which is labeled with 4-color phosphorus by kinds of 4 kinds of terminal bases is injected to the top end of the gel and migrates downward. Plural pieces of migration paths can be assured and all the migration paths are irradiated with laser light 4. Fluorescence is emitted along the irradiated part. Four sheets of rectangular mirrors 5 are installed on the side opposite to the two-dimensional detector 9 with the migration plate in-between to reflect the fluorescent line drawing images so that the four virtual images can be seen from the detector side. The four virtual images are imaged as four pieces of lines on the detector 9 by a lens 7. BPFs 8 are provided in the front parts of the respective imaging positions and wavelength selection is executed. The signals of the positions where the abscissa of the four line image drawings are the same are the information from the sample included in the same migration path. The migration base kinds are determined by comparing this information.
