A content circulation system and a method thereof are provided to enable a subscriber terminal to generate content and transmit the generated content to a content circulation system in real time at any time in any place. A content circulation system comprises a content processor(120), a content storage database(110) and a subscriber information management database(150). The content processor(120) checks whether open sale for the content is possible via request message which enables a subscriber terminal to make response, receives the content according to the checking result, and constructs a content list where a content profile and content are classified according to a subject. The content storage database(110) receives the content, the content profile and the content list from the content processor(120), and stores them. The subscriber information management database(150) stores subscriber information and a content sale charge settlement scheme matched with the subscriber terminal.
