<p>PURPOSE:To surely install a strap member in a simple manner by connecting two woven cloth pieces used as a prescribing part for the separation distance, one woven cloth piece for connecting the above-described two woven cloth pieces, two woven cloth pieces extended from each boundary line of the above- described woven cloth pieces by the woven tissues. CONSTITUTION:A strap member is used for prescribing the separation distance between the obverse layer cloth 7 and the reverse layer cloth 8 of an air bag 11, when the air bag 11 is expanded. In this case, the strap member consists of two woven fabric pieces A and A' used as a prescribing part for the separation distance, one woven cloth piece B for connecting two woven cloth pieces A and A', and two woven fabric pieces C and C' extended from the respective boundary lines 3a and 3b between two woven cloth pieces A and A' and one woven B. On each boundary line 3a, 3b, three woven fabric pieces A - C and A' - C' are connected by a woven tissue. Therefore, the strap member can be installed surely in a simple manner without using a reinforcing cloth.</p> |
