Said improvements relate to an application for fixing the conventional escutcheon plates, consisting of two plates, in which one of them is fixed to one side of the door and the other to the opposite part, and in this case the improvements relate to the fact that the elements for fixing the escutcheon plates do not appear on the outside, one of them simply being presented opposite the hole and being fixed by means of a plate located on the opposite side of the door and by means of screws which are fixed in individual studs integral with the escutcheon plate already presented, and finally this retention plate is covered by the second escutcheon plate which has individual projections which, after insertion in holes in the plate and rotation of the escutcheon plate, result in retention being secured by means of pressure. <IMAGE>
