CONSTITUTION:Turf with culture soil 3 is laid on a pallet 1 made of a synthetic resin (e.g., vinyl chloride) meshed lattice plate to form an unit of turf pallet A. In setting the pallet A, an organic mat 4 is laid on the ground G to follow it on the uneven surface of the ground, sand 5 is slightly spread over the mat 4, a net 6 is laid, and the turf pallets A are laid on them. to form a turf-planted face.
