A sheet of rigid flat material (pref. cardboard) is shaped and folded so that three base surfaces (7-9) are brought together. The third base surface (9) thereby constitutes a flap which is to be tucked between the other two surfaces (7,8) and to grip the smaller flaps (10,11) at the ends of the sides (2,4). The dimensions of the tapered or rounded third base surface (9) are equal to or slightly smaller than those of the second surface (8). ADVANTAGE - Durable package requiring less material is styled attractively for sales promotion and needs no special care in filling.
