PURPOSE:To allow a damper element to suit a variety of configurations by forming a film member made of resilient and thermoplastic elastomer in hollow construction, filling the hollow with liquid silicone gel, and hardening it and sealing. CONSTITUTION:Thermoelastic elastomer A is melted by a blow shaping machine 3, and a hollow parison 5 is extruded from a die 4 set in an extruding machine. This is nipped by a daughnut-shaped mold 6, and air is blown from a blow-in hole 7 into this parison 5 in the state deformable. The substance is expanded in the condition pressed to the inner surface of the mold 6, and a hollow doughnut-shaped film is output. This film is cooled and fixed, and liquid silicone gel is fed from the boss with the blow-in hole 7 removed, and the hollow is filled with this silicone gel, followed by hardening. Because the hardened body of liquid silicone gel is encapsulated in the state of deformable gel, a damper can be accomplished in any desired configuration. |
