发明名称 CORRECTING METHOD FOR CAMBER OF THICK STEEL PLATE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To correct cambers and to improve yield by rotating a steel plate 90 deg. when a camber is produced, rolling the plate toward the half from the outer side of the camber, and again rotating the plate 90 deg. thereby eliminating the level difference in thickness. CONSTITUTION:When a camber is produced in a steel material having a thickness t1, the direction of the steel plate is rotated approximately 90 deg. in such a way that the outer side of the camber comes to the front side. The roll gap of upper, lower work rolls is controlled from the thickness t1 to slightly thin t2 in accordance with the formulaI. Here, t1 is the thickness on the inner side of the camber, t2 is the thickness on the outer side of the camber, (l) is the length of the steel material, (w) is the width of the steel material, (c) is the amount of the camber. The steel material is rolled from the outer side of the camber toward the half to have the thickness t2 in a shaded part 10; thereafter the roll gap is made larger than t1 and the part 11 is rolled by dummy pass. Again the direction of the steel material is rotated 90 deg. and the material is rolled until the difference between the thicknesses t1 and t2 is eliminated, whereby the camber is corrected.</p>
