<p>PURPOSE: To incorporate the same thermal resistances in respective portions by setting crystallinities of a tubular portion and a closed end and crystallinities of a port and its adjacent neck to specific values or less, thereby improving glass transition temperatures of respective portions of a container. CONSTITUTION: A tubular portion and a closed end are 5% or less of crystallinities, and a port and its adjacent neck are 50% or less of crystallinities. Therefore, a heating jaw 29 is guided to a heating position, and maintained at this position while it is necessary to heat a material at a center of the tube to a lower temperature than a glass transition temperature Tg. Then, when a driving mechanism 24 is moved in a direction for separating two sets of clampers from one another, the center of the tube is elongated, and a tube wall is simultaneously thinned. Preferably, the orientation is about three times. Accordingly, its thickness is reduced to about 1/3. A closed space in the tube is pressurized, and expanded so that the material is brought into contact with an outside mold 57. At this stage, two ports and adjacent necks brought into contact with one another are molded to obtain a pre-molding.</p> |
