<p>A new antibiotic, designated S/433, is disclosed which is produced in a microbiological fermentation under controlled conditions using a new strain of Streptomyces. This new antibiotic is active against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and is also active in inhibiting the growth of transplanted tumors.</p> |
