PURPOSE:To make assembling ever so easy as well as to make a pin alone replaceable, by installing an elastic relay plate in the lower end of a contact coductive pin installed in position between a warning switch and a warner of a steering wheel, while pressing the pin to a switch collector plate and energizing it with a continuous rating current all the time. CONSTITUTION:A contact conductive pin 11 is inset in a pin boss 16 of a switch collective body 9, while the tip of an elastic metallic relay plate 25 is inset in a screw part 24 at the lower part of a boss 16, and a spring washer 26 and a nut 27 are also inset and locked thereat. The other end of the relay plate 25 is secured tight to a bass 20 of the body 9 together with an L-shaped fixed terminal 22 by a screw 21. A warner 13 is connected to the fixed terminal 22 while the warner 13 is connected to a battery 12. On the other hand, since a head 17 of the pin 11 comes into contact with the underside of a collector plate 7, the pin 11 projects downward beneath the boss 16 whereby the relay plate 25 being connected to the lower end of the pin 11 is bent downward, and with this elasticity, the head 17 makes contact elastically with the collector plate 7. Therefore, the relay plate, doubling as a spring, reduces the number of parts items and, what is more, replacement of the pin due to wear can be carried out easily. |
