The invention applies to internal combustion engines and solves the problem of speed regulation of all engine auxiliary systems that need it. The problem is solved by using the intake - discharge pressure difference of a liquid pump to activate a membrane that generates the regulating force. The invention can be used with thermic engines that feature a liquid pump as part of their cooling system.
