PURPOSE:To improve operability and to reduce a console panel and a console in size by switching equipments to be objected for control of respective switches according to an equipment name inputted by an operator by voice. CONSTITUTION:The equipment name inputted from a microphone 2 is converted into an equipment code by a voice recognition and general control part 3. The control part 3 stores that which equipments are current objects of control of respective switches 1-1-1-N. When an equipment name A which is set to none of the switches is recognized, a switch having the lowest frequency of operation among the N sets of the switches is switched from an equipment B to the equipment A. Then, the control part 3 sends the converted equipment name code and the signal 100 of a changeover switch to control parts 4-6 respectively to indicate the switching of the specific switch to the plant equipment to be controlled and the switching of display contents of respective display parts.
