<p>PURPOSE:To construct a liquid pressure piston device in a simple and small size and enhance the durability by providing a plurality of pistons which are arranged in a rotor radially and in which a piston head contacts the periphery of an eccentric shaft at all times, and furnishing a baffle means arranged in contact with the inlet/outlet for the working fluid. CONSTITUTION:A stator ST and a cam C as eccentric shaft are fixed, and when a rotor R rotates clockwise, a piston P1 is moved toward the center along the cam c by a spring in the initial period of rotation so as to suck in the working fluid from a port A. In the same manner a piston P3 performs sucking motion from the port A, while a piston P2 moves outward to exhaust the working liquid to another port B. The pistons P repeat suction and exhaust of the working liquid in the condition that the phases are shifted 120deg., wherein grooves A1, B1 function as a rectifier, and synthetization of influx and flowout of the working liquid about the pistons presents such that the port A sucks in the working liquid while the port B discharges continuously. This achieves a liquid pressure piston device in a simple structure and equipped with durability.</p> |
