Novel device characterized in that it comprises an identifier and a recogniser, both in resonance, the identifier having a radio transmitter of low power contained in a pocket-sized casing and in that the recogniser is formed by a presence detector, a radio emitter and an encoded radio receiver and activation and deactivation circuits, there being, together with the recogniser circuit, a circuit connected with doors, windows, alarms, etc., the whole assembly being operationally arranged so that, when the identifier moves closer to the recogniser, the latter receives from the former a radio signal of low power and in turn reacts, reemiting an encoded opening signal which, appropriately decoded, starts up the electromechanical systems for opening doors, disconnecting alarms, etc., said assembly being able to act in a situation which is the reverse of that described. <IMAGE>
