摘要 PURPOSE:To remove grassy-smelling component of the subject squeezed juice by charging squeezed vegetable juice of green-colored series into pressure- resistant extracting vessel and liquefied CO2 is injected into the vessel, then both are sufficiently brought into contact, thus liquefied CO2, etc., separated upward is discharged to the outside of the vessel. CONSTITUTION:Squeezed vegetable juice of green-colored series B is charged into pressure-resistant extracting vessel 4 and liquefied carbonic acid gas A is injected into the pressure-resistant extracting vessel 4 from pressure-resistant vessel 1 by opening the needle valve 3. The gas A is injected into the vessel 4 from downward through pressure-resistant tube 2 and needle valve 3 and sufficiently brought into contact with the squeezed vegetable juice of green- colored series B, then liquefied carbonic acid gas or carbonic acid gas separated to upper space of the squeezed vegetable juice of green-colored series B is discharged to the outside of the pressure-resistant extracting vessel 4 by opening needle valve 5 to remove grassy-smelling component in the squeezed vegetable juice of green-colored series to afford squeezed vegetable juice of green-colored series without grassy-smell.
