PURPOSE:To form easily a bending part whose radius of curvature is small, by a method wherein a thin part with high-frequency molding is formed on a part corresponding to the bending part of a resin molded body and the thin part is bend-deformed into a fixed form by a jig at the time of a high temperature directly after high frequency molding. CONSTITUTION:After mold clamping of a top and bottom forces 1, 2, high-frequency voltage is applied to a space between a top and bottom electrode plate 4, 5. With this construction, a molding material 8 performs selfheating for melting and softening and in the case where the molding material 8 contains a foaming agent, the same is foamed. Therefore, a resin molded body 9 which is almost in a flat plate and beltlike, state whose one end is formed into a thin part 9a after a form of a cavity 3 is molded. The resin molded body 9 is still under a high temperature and in a softened state. A habit forming jig 10 is fitted over the thin part 9a and the thin part 9a is bent into a fixed form as it is. |
