<p>PURPOSE:To output the read information in a desired form by using a control means which converts the information on the KANA (Japanese syllabary) characters showing the read of the prescribed character information stored in a storage means into the Roman character information via a conversion means and outputs the converted character information. CONSTITUTION:When the prescribed one of function keys 5 is pushed after the retrieving contents are displayed on a display device 3, a CPU 11 converts adversely the KANA read information under display on the device 3 out of those information stored temporarily in a work area 13a of a RAM 13 by means of a Roman character/KANA conversion table 12b of a ROM 12. Thus the Roman character description information is produced and transferred to the area 13a again to be displayed on the device 3 after arrangement of a display format. Thus the read information can be outputted by an operation means in a desired KANA or Roman character form when the read of the prescribed character information is outputted. As a result, the increase of cost due to the increase of the memory capacity can be avoided and at the same time the working efficiency is extremely improved.</p> |
