PURPOSE:To mold an optical disc substrate reduced in the danger of damage, prevented from heat irregularity and excellent in optical characteristics by using a flat glass plate not subjected to perforation processing as an active energy ray pervious flat plate and using a member formed by applying fluoroplastics to the surface in contact with the flat glass plate as a center guide pin. CONSTITUTION:In the injection molding method for an optical disk substrate, an active energy ray curable resin is injected between a stamper 1 having a center hole and an active energy ray pervious flat plate 2 and irradiated with active energy rays on the side of the active energy ray pervious flat plate 2 to be cured and a molded disk substrate 3 having a center hole is released from the stamper 1 and the active energy ray pervious flat plate 2. A flat glass plate 2 not subjected to perforation processing is used as the active energy ray pervious flat plate and a center guide pin 4 having the surface in contact with the glass flat plate 2 provided in concentric relation to the center hole of the stamper 1 and the peripheral surface in contact with the molded disk substrate 3 and a release function is used. As the center guide pin 4, a member wherein fluoroplastics 6 is applied to the surface in contact with the flat glass plate is used. |
