PURPOSE:To enable the easy application to even a vibration isolator different in shape without requiring a large-scale equipment by communicating a liquid chamber with the intake air source to make the pressure in the liquid chamber negative, and then communicating the liquid chamber with the liquid supply source by a change-over valve, thus filling the liquid into the liquid chamber by suction. CONSTITUTION:The small diameter part 76B of an injection nozzle 76 is inserted into the opening 68 of a top plate 32 in a vibration isolator 10 as well as a change-over lever 88 is operated to communicate a liquid filler pipe 74 with an intake pipe 84. The air in the liquid chamber 36 of the vibration isolator 10 is gradually emitted by the operation of a vacuum pump 94, and when the sufficiently emitted state of the air in the liquid chamber 36 is confirmed by a vacuum gauge 92, the change-over lever is operated to communicate the liquid filler pipe 74 with a feed liquid pipe 86. As a result, the liquid from the liquid supply source 96 is sucked by the negative pressure in the liquid chamber 36, and thus the liquid is filled into the liquid chamber 36. As the liquid is thus filled into the liquid chamber 36 by suction, the air does not remain in one part of the liquid chamber 36, especially in one part of an orifice 42 complicated in structure and the like. |
