PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having excellent workability and processability, containing uniform foamed cells and having improved plate-out property, by compounding a vinyl chloride resin with a filler, a plasticizer, a specific polyester compound and a thermally decomposable organic foaming agent at specific ratios. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be produced by compounding (A) 100pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride resin with (B) 50-250pts.wt. of a filler (e.g. calcium carbonate), (C) 30-100pts.wt. of a plasticizer (e.g. di-n-butyl phthalate), (D) 0.01-5pts.wt. of a polyester compound derived from a hydroxycarboxylic acid and (F) 0.05-10pts.wt. of a thermally decomposable organic foaming agent (e.g. N,N'-dinitrosopentamethylenetetramine).
