The electrical conductor is constituted by a strip 2 made from an alloy of copper and of a precious metal, this being a good electrical conductor, this alloy having an electrical resistivity less than 3 mu OMEGA .cm and a mechanical strength of at least 1500 N/mm<2>. The insulating sheath is constituted by two insulating strips 3 joined without the possibility of slippage, face to face, thereby gripping the conducting strip 2 to which they are also joined without the possibility of slippage, face to face, the material constituting each insulating strip being flexible and non-breakable.
