PURPOSE:To measure the concns. of different solvents at plural points by pairing an ultrasonic sensor and a temp. detecting means, installing plural pieces of such pairs, impressing pulse voltages thereto to induce strains in a liquid surface and propagating the same as surges. CONSTITUTION:The ultrasonic sensor 110 is installed in a pair with a temp. detecting means 300 in a liquid to be measured of concn. and a slight displacement is generated in the piezoelectric material thereof when the pulse voltages are impressed to the sensor. The strains are induced in the liquid surface in contact with a wave transmitter 111 operating on this displacement as a driving source. The strains are propagated as surges. A receiving pulse generating means 210 amplifies the output voltage of a voltage amplifying means 122 at need, compares the same with the threshold Vs predetermined in a comparator means 211 and outputs a voltage to a circuit 212 in the case of the voltage Vi>Vs. The pulses are then outputted from the circuit 212. The control over the entire part of the device is executed by an arithmetic control unit 400 and the result of the computation is outputted together with the kind of the liquid to be measured to a display means 500 and displayed 500. |
