The device for hanging up cupboards, which is designed for fastening to the wall, has a holding region which engages behind a region fixed to the cupboard. This device possesses a base body which is intended for fastening to the wall. The holding region is fastened to the base body so as to be adjustable both in its height and in its distance from the wall. The device allows precise alignment of the holding region after mounting on the wall and before the cupboards are hung up.
