PURPOSE:To prevent any inner short caused by fluffiness of a metallic fiber by making at least one base of positive and negative electrodes of a metallic fiber felt porous material, and orienting the metallic fiber of the base at the surface layer portion thereof perpendicularly to the winding direction of a plate. CONSTITUTION:In order to constitute felt where the same amount of synthetic fiber web is laminated each times a fiber of a first surface layer portion 1 comprising 1st and 2nd layers and a fiber of a second surface layer portion 2 comprising 19th and 20th layer, are oriented perpendicularly to a winding direction A of a plate, respectively, and a fiber of a residual intermediate layer 3 is oriented arbitrarily. The laminated web serves as a base 4 made of a metallic felt porous material. The metallic fiber of the base 4 at the surface layer portion thereof is oriented perpendicularly to the winding direction of the plate so that any inner short caused by fluffiness of the metallic fiber can be prevented. |
