PURPOSE:To automatically align a thin plate in good order from its empty weight and oscillation, by arranging a moving adjuster plate in a trough-shaped arranging box. CONSTITUTION:A trough-shaped arranging box 1 is equipped with a stopper 4 in its point end, formed with guides 5 in its both side parts and set in such a manner as to be sloped downward toward the point end. A moving adjuster plate 2 is formed to the shape continuously arranged with an upper surface 7, receiving a thin plate fed flowing in a chute 6, front end surface 8 gently curved downward, and rear end surface 9 similarly folded downward, and simply inserted into the arranging box 1 further can be longitudinally moved. An oscillating device 3 functions to vertically apply fine vibration to the arranging box 1. In this way, many thin plates, discharged quite at random flowing through the chute, can be automatically aligned successively in good order without causing damage. |
