PURPOSE:To enable communication with a base station adjacent to a mobile equipment to be performed by sending a control signal to the mobile equipment with a timing set corresponding to the reception level of the mobile equipment with each base station receiving a response signal from the mobile equipment. CONSTITUTION:In mobile communication using a control channel with the same frequency by plural base stations 1-3, when the base station receives the control signal from the mobile equipment 9, the base station sends out the control signal of next step to the mobile equipment after the lapse of delay time corresponding to the reception level. In other words, the control signal is sent in such a manner that short delay time is set when the reception level is high and long delay time is set when the reception level is low. Thereby, the base station adjacent to the mobile equipment can be automatically decided by replying to the control signal received first by the mobile equipment 9. |
