PURPOSE: To simply and flush embed a head part of a fastener in a work piece by performing the relative turning movement between a fastener driving element and a piston while a thermoplastic locking compound is sufficiently softened in order to arrange the fastener driving element and the piston in the desired adjusting positions. CONSTITUTION: A threaded connecting part is sufficiently heated in order to soften a thermoplastic locking compound. While the thermoplastic locking compound is softened, the relative turning movement of a fastener driving element 22 and a piston 18 is sufficiently performed in order to arrange the fastener driving element 22 and the piston 18 in the desired adjusting positions, and the thermoplastic locking compound is hardened. Therefore, the active position of the fastener driving element 22 in relation to the piston 18 is adjusted in the axial direction of the piston 18. |
