PURPOSE:To lower contact resistance by composing an electrode joining part with a powder mixture of a metal powder which is poorly reactive with an oxide and an oxide powder. CONSTITUTION:In packing a superconductive oxide powder in a metal sheath, a powder mixture of a metal powder which is poorly reactive with the superconductive oxide and the superconductive oxide powder is filled in the end part of the sheath to become a joining part of an electrode, then an oxide powder only is filled, and finally a mixture of the same metal powder and the superconductive oxide powder is filled in the other end. The resultant sheath is extended by cold-processing, made into a wire with a desired diameter, and heated for sintering. As a result, current pass is caused no only in superconductive oxide or the sheath to the superconductive oxide but in the metal powder to the superconductive oxide or the sheath to the metal powder to the superconductive oxide powder, and the surface area of the electric current is increased. By this, contact resistance is lowered. |
