<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a power supply control device which can supply control power from midnight power source and use low cost capacitors by storing a temperature of an upper part of a hot water storage tank and power supply length of midnight power and selecting the application of peak shift time control based on said memory data. CONSTITUTION:A memory means 13 which stores and maintains memory data even when no midnight power PW is available, is provided. The use of memory data stored in this memory means makes it possible to judge whether it is a regular midnight power PW supply starting time or a recovering time from power failure, thereby discriminating the presence of peak shift. When peak shift is present, peak shift time can be calculated by using a temperature in a hot water storage tank WT, which allows midnight power WP to be used for control power source. This construction eliminates the need for wiring for commercial power supply. Furthermore, an attempt to back up the memory means 13 alone will be sufficient if no power supply is available. Therefore, even if an attempt is made to use a low cost capacitor or the like as a back up component, it will be possible to realize a highly reliable and long time back up performance at ease.</p> |
