PURPOSE:To stabilize an initial characteristic, a low-temperature characteristic and reliability by using a polarized electrode prepared by making phenolic activated carbon fiber cloth bear fine powder activated carbon, graphite, acety lene black and some binder. CONSTITUTION:A polarized electrode prepared by making phenolic activated carbon fiber cloth bear fine powder activated carbon, graphite, acetylene black and some binder is used. Accordingly, the fine powder activated carbon infiltrates between threads and inside each thread of the activated carbon fiber cloth, and therefore averaging of thickness, high density, high conductivity and high electrostatic capacity can be attained. Thereby a current collecting property as an electrode is improved, a characteristic with time is stabilized and a lifetime can be prolonged. In addition, a product of high electrostatic capacity is obtained when the present size is maintained, while the product can be made small in size when the present electrostatic capacity is maintained. |
