<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate a difference from an operation procedure between a system designer and the user by extracting a specific operation series significant to the user to generate a new abbreviated command. CONSTITUTION:When the system is started, a weight of an auxiliary storage device 140, a content of a function control information storage area 142, a content of an application program storage area 143 are loaded to an area 131 of a main storage device 130. With respect to choices 160-163 and objects 111-116 of a function displayed on an operation series of the user using an existing application program, that is, a display device 110, a CPU 100 analyzes which function is allocated to which object and started in which sequence through the use of a mouse 120 or a key board 150 by the user based on a processing program loaded from the auxiliary storage device 140 to the main storage device 130. Then a series of the operation series significant to the user is extracted and a choice 164 corresponding to an abbreviated command is displayed.</p> |
