PURPOSE:To execute a processing with a laser light, to narrow the outer diameter of the inserting part, and to easily repair a burning at the time of the burning of the emitting edge of a laser guide, etc., by sharing the channel of an endoscope and the sheath of a laser probe. CONSTITUTION:The head of a tube 9 communicates to a through hole 11 formed to a head appliance 5, and a channel 8 for a guide is formed. The rear edge of the tube 9 communicates to a channel port part 12 of a hand part 3. To the channel port part 12, a cock body 14 to provide a slit 13 to liquid-tightly insert a laser guide 7 is attached, and in the side surface part, an injection port 15 for liquid feed is provided. Into the channel 8 for the guide, the laser guide 7 is inserted, and the head part of the laser guide 7 is held in a condition to penetrate a holding appliance 16 mounted attachably and detachably in being screwed into the through hole 11 of the head appliance 5. A holding appliance side liquid feed passage 25 communicates to a channel side liquid feed passage 26, and the liquid feed passage as a whole formed in the outer circumference of the laser guide 7 is formed. |
