PURPOSE:To secure the holding power of a seat belt and reduce the projection of a seat belt installation surface to the inside of a car by joining a seat belt supporting member through a seat belt reinforcement onto a seat belt reinforcement contact surface on an outer reinforcement separated from a pillar outer part. CONSTITUTION:A seat belt reinforcement contact surface 9a separated from a pillar outer part 3 is installed onto a pillar outer reinforcement 9 which is inscribed with the pillar outer part 3 on the car body outer side of a center pillar part. A seat belt reinforcement 5 fitted and joined on the inside of a pillar inner part 4 which constitutes the car inside of a pillar part and a seat belt supporting member B which is installed onto the seat belt reinforcement 5 so that the installation part is positioned inside the pillar part are joined integrally onto the contact surface 9a of the pillar outer reinforcement 9. With this integral structure, the direct application of the input supplied from the seat belt supporting member B onto a pillar surface decoration part is prevented, and the accommodation of the supporting member B into the seat belt reinforcement 5 is permitted. |
