The appliance according to the invention comprises a sample vessel, an enrichment column and an adaptor. Between the enrichment column and the sample vessel, the tubular adaptor having a vessel connection and column connection is arranged in such a way that the outlet is connected to the head of the enrichment column, and the inlet is connected to the outlet of the sample vessel, in a detachable and sealing manner. The adaptor further has a venting orifice in the vicinity of its inlet, a uniform flowrate thus being achieved.
