PURPOSE: To prepare a single cupful coffee in a desired strength in a short time through a simple method by providing a rotating shaft of the length for a grip by hand and greater than the height of a beverage cup, and a pair of porous, flexible and small bags containing the stuff to be decocted, and fixed at one end of the shaft. CONSTITUTION: This beverage decocting device 10 comprises high-rigid shaft 11 and a pair of sealed porous and flexible small bags 12 which are fixed to the lower end 14 of the shaft, respectively, on the opposing sides thereof. The shaft 11 is of the dimensions allowing a grip by hand and has a sufficient length to be turned with the thumb and the forefinger of a user, allowed to show an adequate cross-sectional profile, namely circular, elliptical or polygonal and further approved to be a high-rigid or a relatively high rigid plastic stick- like or tubular shaft immersible in hot water. The small bags are made of a thermally sealable, water-permeable paper-like flexible and porous materials. They are fixed to respective opposing sides of the shaft 11 along their vertical center line 15 through the user of such means as a bonding compound, a thermal sealer, a mechanical clamp, a staple or the like. |
